On Jefster, people who want to get work done can create an auction and service providers can interact with the employer and place bids on the assignment. The person who started the auction can choose a winning bid at any time or at the end of the auction’s time. After that, the employer and the service provider can make arrangements to get the work done. After the work is done both the employer and service provider can review each other and submit feedback.
